This is the Hard Bodies punching bag and in my opinion this is the best punching bag in India. The price of this boxing bag in india is around INR 3,500 for the 4 feet version and INR 2,500 for the 3 feet version, but when it comes to quality, it far exceeds the price they're charging for it. HEAVY BOXING BAG
This is a heavy punching bag weighing in around 30-32 kgs for the 4 feet version, however hard bodies also has 5 and 6 feet boxing bags which can go upto 45 and 55 kgs respectively.
Due to this heavy weight, it doesn't move much when punching, if you're a beginner or intermediate boxer than you will not be able to hit it hard enough that it moves much. You feel like you're hitting something really heavy.
QUALITY
It's a very premium quality punching bag. The PU leather used is very premium, much better than cheap amazon boxing bags and it feels really good on your hands when you punch, it has the right amount of hardness that you will not hurt your hand if you choose to punch it bare handed.
The stitching on this boxing bag is also excellent and the company claims for it to last 10+ years under proper maintenance. They have also given a never tear guarantee that no matter how much you may punch the boxing bag, it will not break.
HOW DOES IT FEEL TO PUNCH?
It actually feels quite heavy when punching, the boxing bag filling used in this is industrial waste cloth in plastic zip bags so that they don't break, no sand filling is used as sand overtime destroys the inner layer of the bag which may end up tearing the boxing bag.
Professionals will love training on this as it feels really heavy to punch and doesn't move around much while doing so. It's great for beginners too as you really learn to hit harder punches with this bag.
ACCESSORIES PROVIDED
You get a hanging chain with the boxing bag which is of good quality and has 360 degree rotation to help you punch better. It takes the weight of this heavy punching bag easily and I didn't face any problems with it.
You get a pair of boxing hand wraps with it which is of good quality. However these are 108 inch boxing wraps so they maybe small for bigger hands, personally I like a bigger 180 inch hand wrap as it offers more protection, but these are good and get the job done.
You also get a boxing glove keyring with it, which everyone has been asking me where I got it from.
FLOOR MOUNTING
This boxing bag also comes with a floor mounting option where you can set it up with the floor for additional stability. Most people living in their homes won't be doing it, however if you own a boxing training facility, then it might be possible for you.

I would always suggest to buy an expensive boxing bag over a cheap boxing bag due to the reason that cheap boxing bags have very bad stitching on them that usual tear over time.
